🎉 The good news is ~ breast cancer survival rates are rising as screening methods and treatments offered are being improved;
~ As a lifeline in your community, support cancer fighters in your environment, celebrate the survivors and be sure to show respect to those lost.
~ Wellness Cues: Eat plant-based diet limit intake of alcohol, sodas, sugars, smoked and canned foods, quit smoking 🚭, exercise 🏊♂ , and maintain a healthy body mass index ⚖.
~ As a female, check for any change in the shape or look of your breasts on a bi-monthly basis via self-examination (during your ovulation or after your monthly menstrual flow); If you observe any, do see a doctor.
~ Make a biannual mammogram screening part of your yearly schedule.
