This asset: Confidence can be built at any time in your life; in the beginning, you become better.

Here are some tips to help you boost your confidence level:

1. EXERCISE - You see, this action is power in motion. When exercising, there is the ease of blood circulation, the flexibility of your bones, and the release of hormones which improve your mood and energy levels to take vital actions.

2. MAKE MISTAKES - As humans, we have been blessed with the Gift of the MIND, with which you can learn and unlearn anything. If trying out a new job, skill, business opportunity, or speaking engagement, don't be afraid; but be sure to prepare at your best.
No matter how bad or good the outcome may be, there is something you will look back to mend, and this will help you in future engagements. Learn to trust the baby steps, and don't be afraid of falling, for you rise to stand firm in falling.

3. MEDITATION AND YOGA - I ain't asking you to be a monk, but you need to learn this habit to be a better businessman/woman, student, worker, spouse, etc
This process aims to help you quieten your consciousness, focus on your inner self, and get clarity on who you are and can be. Dedicating at least 10mins daily to this will help you access yourself and improve your lifestyle.


Having confidence in yourself breeds a healthy mental outlook in your life and thus elevates your well-being, so stay awake! Stay Confident!

DON'T SHRINK! QUALITY REQUIRES PATIENCE

Over last weekend, while uploading contents to my social media handles, a valuable lesson was gained from trying to upload to my blog. I had successfully published the post and shared the link to my social media handles when I realized the image quality was poor. I was disturbed and went back to re-upload the images. For over an hour and a half, the same quality of images was given even after refreshing the web page repeatedly, switching networks, and sitting positions. I finally succumbed to the thought of leaving the image like that, I had logged out of blogger and as I stood up to go about other activities I felt disappointed with myself. The inner me said why would you settle for that, will you or your audience enjoy content with such image quality? I sat back and decided to log in again and delete and upload the images again!
